In my battle with depression, one tool I've learned is savoring the glimmers of positivity in each day. And more than savor, really lean into them, soak them up and letting the experience fill you.

Glimmers are the micro-moments of safety and connection that happen everyday but often go unnoticed. Glimmers help us feel safe, and connected to ourselves and others. This blog is my way of tracking the daily glimmers in my life.
